Order Processing and Roasting:

We generally roast on Mondays and Thursdays. If we receive your order by 9:00am (EST) on roast days, it will be roasted that day. To allow us to ensure that the coffee you’ve purchased from us is at our extremely high standards, we'll ship it out to you the day after it has been roasted. Merchandise orders will be processed and shipped within 24-hours, unless they include coffee. Please reach out to us if you have any questions pertaining to your order via our contact page.

Shipping:

Once we have roasted your coffee and its quality is assured, we will ship your order out to you. We currently only ship using US Postal Service to anywhere in the USA. Sorry, at this point, we do not offer international shipping.

All our orders are shipped FOB Destination.

Returns/Refunds:

All sales for coffee, items purchased with gift cards, and sale items are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for these items.

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unused, in like-new condition, in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days depending on your bank’s processing timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and, upon approval of a return, will be deducted from the refund issued.

The cost of return shipping and the insurance of return shipments is the sole responsibility of the customer returning the order. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please insure them appropriately.
