We loved this Costa Rican coffee so much last year and are excited to offer it again this year. It’s the quintessential summer coffee that brews impeccably both hot and over ice with flavor notes of black cherry, pear, and an incredibly smooth and sweet brown sugar finish. The processing of this year’s crop is even cleaner than last year's, really showcasing this coffee’s sweetness and juicy black cherry notes while leaving out the booziness that sometimes can dominate naturally processed coffees. This year’s lot from the CoopeTarrazu Co-op was quite a bit smaller than last year's, making it an exclusive glimpse at just how good well-processed naturals can be.
